Q 1. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
 A:We are a professional Pro audio and stage equipment company that is mainly engaged in R&D, producing, and selling. Except this, we also have service for equipment rental and project executive and design .

Q 2. What's your partner?
 A:Our partner included B&C, Celestion, Beyma, Faital, Pascal and so on.

Q 3. What is your company's hot sale markets?
 A:Our products are popular in America, France, Poland , Switzerland, Mexico, Russia, Australia, Singapore, KSA, Italy, Germany, UK, Hong Kong so on. Some of them are our local agent and some of them are developing. We hope you can join us and make mutual benefit from the cooperation

Q 4. What is your factory's monthly capacity?
 A:For the pro audio, our month capacity is about 500pcs; while for the amplifier, our monthly capacity is about 600pcs.

Q 5. Does your company provide the OEM service?
 A:Of course, we can discuss the details according to your request.

Q 6. What's the sample time and leading time for mass productions?
 A: Normally, sample time is about 12 working days after receiving your deposit. Leading time for mass productions (over 100 pcs) is about 20~25 days.

Q 7. What's the MOQ?
 A: According to the products, some normal no requirements.

Q 8. What's the payment term?
 A:We accept T/T, western union and Pay pal. For the order value under10000usd,100% payment first. For the value more than 10000usd,please 30%deposit and 70% payment before shipment.

Q 9. What is the packing method of the goods?
 A: We usually pack the louder speaker with carton & foam, or wood frame and flight case as request.

Q 10. What is the deliver way?
 A: As per your request.

Q 11. Can you help to guide the installation and technical support if I buy from you?
 A: Yes, of course, we will be  happy to give online technical support until you got understand. If you need us to have a support for your project to your country, your only need to provide accommodation and round-trip tickets and fee by day.
